In the Süßwasser restaurant you can dine on the idyllic terrace or in the cosy cabin directly on the Elbe beach. It offers a regularly changing recommendation card with seasonal and regional specialities. For example, lamb on balsamic onions, juicy pork medallions or vegetable variations with hollandaise sauce can be found there. The wine list also features exquisite old and newer vintages. In addition, the restaurant offers multi-course menus and buffets as well as exclusive wedding packages for 20 or more persons. Open from Thursday to Sunday, for reservations from six persons upwards also on the other days by prior arrangement. The restaurant can be reached after a short walk down Schulberg and turning left onto the Elbe hiking trail.
