The first burrito food truck in northern Germany!
The burritos, which are hand-rolled according to a Mexican recipe, bring variety to the table. “You rock, we roll" is the motto of the burristas, which is why they freshly roll the filled tortillas for each guest. The pulled beef and pulled pork is cooked for up to 24 hours at low temperature - this slow-&-low cooking process makes the meat practically melt in your mouth. For food truck customers, however, this makes it go all the faster. Within a few minutes, the individually prepared burrito is ready and can be eaten full of anticipation.
