Gourmet rally through the port of Hamburg and the Speicherstadt warehouse district

The Genussrallye is a quiz tour through the Port of Hamburg and the Speicherstadt. The route can be completed comfortably by bicycle, e-scooter or by foot.

For this event, the organiser Erlebniskochen was able to win over 5 renowned manufactories where specialities are produced and traded: , Hobenköök, Lieger Caesar, Speicherstadt Kaffeerösterei and FrischeParadies.

The gourmet rally combines delicious stopovers with the visual delights of the Hanseatic city. During the tour, quizzes are to be solved, stamps collected and vouchers redeemed for tastings. Those who want can pick up fresh ingredients on the spot. Hobenköök chef and TV chef Thomas Sampl has contributed a recipe that can be used to cook a Hamburg menu at home.

Participants start on a day of their choice (except Sundays) and set their own pace. The fun lasts about 4 hours. For this, they need the official starting license for 45 euros (for 2 people or a family). This includes tastings worth about 35 euros.
