The much-loved ProArte »Winter Fairytale« has become a regular Christmas event in Hamburg. First staged in 2017, it is cherished by audiences of all ages as excited families and friends flock to the Elbphilharmonie each year to enjoy a festive concert performed by top-class artists on a cosy stage beautifully decorated with magical Christmas lights. At the centre of the advent action is the amazingly talented actress Katharina Thalbach. Her voice always instantly recognisable, she is entertaining and playful but also moving and serious as she leads the artists and the audience through the show.
