'wellcome Practical Help after Birth': An offer for families to whom we offer support through 'wellcome angels' as they start their everyday life in the first year after the birth of a child.

Wellcome is looking for volunteers – so-called Wellcome Angels – who will give mothers and fathers two hours a week to care for their babies, giving the parents a little time off. On Hamburg Family Day, we would like to raise awareness of Wellcome's "practical help after birth" offering and simultaneously recruit volunteers to care for babies.

For this purpose, the library in the foyer of the Körberhaus in Bergedorf is providing us with a space on 06.09.25.

At the wellcome information booth, we want to not only provide families with information but also give them the chance to win numerous prizes on the Wheel of Fortune, from children's books to puzzles to various children's toys. This promises pure excitement and joy.
Volunteers – our so-called “welcome angels” – are also on site and are happy to talk about their enriching work with Bergedorf families.
