Vilde Frang is without doubt one of the most important violinists of her generation. She has already been a guest at the Elbphilharmonie and the Laeiszhalle countless times – usually with large orchestras and violin concertos. Along with Maximilian Hornung and Denis Kozhukhin, there is now the rare opportunity to experience her with her love of chamber music. The programme includes all three piano trios by Robert Schumann, reflecting the eventful life of the composer.
