Vernissage Ann Wolff - More than Glass
- Exhibition
Born in Lübeck in 1937, the exceptional German-Swedish artist Ann Wolff is one of the most important representatives of the European studio glass movement. She was one of the first to intensively explore glass as an artistic material in the 1960s. Over the course of her more than 60-year career, Wolff has created works that inspire reflection, for example, on the social role of women. In her exploration of philosophical and existential questions, the artist makes inner landscapes visible. Her motifs include masks and staircases as symbols of life.
