TRUE THRASH FEST HAMBURG 2026
Thrash metal is alive and kicking – and Hamburg is set to be the venue for an evening dedicated entirely to the old school. Four bands from three countries, united by their love of uncompromising thrash metal and a shared mission: to reduce the Bambi galore to rubble and ashes.
Darkness, a true institution of German thrash metal, will be taking to the stage. Since the 1980s, the band has shaped the European scene with uncompromising riffs, unbridled energy and classics that have lost none of their power to this day. If you want to experience authentic old-school thrash, there’s no getting round Darkness.
Also travelling from Germany are Vulture. The band are among the most exciting representatives of the new generation blending thrash, speed and classic heavy metal. With razor-sharp guitars, blistering tempos and a rousing live show, they have made a name for themselves far beyond their national borders in recent years.
Tyranex are coming from Sweden, combining traditional heavy metal with breakneck speed and thrash. Powerful riffs, catchy hooks and a real zest for performing make the band one of the most exciting acts on the current European metal scene.
Kicking things off are Anarchy Zone from Denmark. With their explosive blend of classic thrash metal and a healthy dose of punk attitude, they’ll have the crowd moving in front of the stage from the very first note and provide the perfect start to a long evening full of mosh pits.
The True Thrash Fest Hamburg stands for authentic underground music, cold beer, sweaty mosh pits and four bands who embody the spirit of thrash metal. No trends, no compromises – just speed, passion and a night entirely dedicated to old-school thrash.
Get your tickets early and be there when the Bambi galore becomes the hub of the thrash metal scene in late November.
