Tim Henning Lüttge (flute) and Yun Xu (piano) take their audience on a fascinating musical journey through classical music, tango, Irish rhythms, and film scores. From the mysterious aquatic worlds of the mermaid »Undine« to Piazzolla’s passionate “Libertango” and the rousing sounds of »Riverdance,« all the way to the majestic expanses of Hans Zimmer’s »Interstellar,« contrasts, emotions, and poetic moments of sound unfold. Virtuoso, sensitive, and full of energy, the two musicians combine expressiveness and timbres into an experience that delights both classical music lovers and fans of modern soundscapes.
Tim Henning Lüttge, a multiple award winner at national and international competitions, was a scholarship student of Andreas Blau, principal flutist of the Berlin Philharmonic, and performs worldwide as a soloist and chamber musician. Yun Xu completed her concert exam at the University of the Arts Bremen with distinction. Her concert activities in Europe and Asia include solo performances, song accompaniment, and instrumental chamber music.
