K3 is taking part in the Hamburg Theatre Night for the first time and will be showing excerpts from explore dance - Netzwerk Tanz für junges Publikum as well as the inclusive movement format Dance Well - open to all generations and all people with and without Parkinson's.
15:00-15:20 PRISMA 5+ | K3, Kampnagel
The starting point for the dance piece Prisma are the three children's books, in which fascinating worlds open up: sometimes imaginative, like the ‘wild guys’, sometimes microscopically small, with a strange appearance, sometimes in metamorphosis, like the ‘insatiable’ caterpillar that becomes a butterfly.
15:30-15:50 Dance Well Club for the whole family | K3, Kampnagel
Dance Well is a weekly club format at K3. It encourages people to experience their own bodies in their individual mobility and is aimed at people with and without Parkinson's who want to experience dance at any age and with and without previous experience.

16:30-16:50 WO DER TEPPICH STAUB FÄNGT 12+ | K3, Kampnagel
In their choreography, Alexander Varekhine and his team take a very personal look at the themes of being at home, coming home and running away from home in order to find out what home can actually be.
17:00-17:20 BREAK
17:30-17:50 WO DER TEPPICH STAUB FÄNGTG 12+ | K3, Kampnagel
18:00-18:20 GRIND 14+ | K3, Kampnagel
The choreography GRIND was created as part of Simone Juul Wennerberg's Spring Break residency at K3. It examines hard-working bodies and considers them as a physical and emotional state in a system in which rest and care are swallowed up.
