Regardless of whether you have or have no limitations, whether you are old or young – exercise is fun for everyone and even more so when you are together! Come to the Sports Marketplace and find out how you can be physically active despite your limitations. Or you can try it out for yourself at the numerous hands-on stations.
For one day, providers of sport and exercise for people with disabilities and of inclusive sports programs will present their programs. From sports courses from the education sector of alsterarbeit , to the offers from sports clubs such as SVE Hamburg , SC Alstertal/Langenhorn or ISV Alsterdorf , to dance offers from the dance school die2, everything is there. The sports associations Special Olympics Hamburg and the Wheelchair Sports Association will also provide information about their offers and offer small sports units for people to join in.
There is a checklist on site with all the information and a map so that you can visit all the stations one after the other. As a reward for active participation, you can pick up a refreshing snack or drink at the stands at Campus Uhlenhorst or the Alsterdorf Youth Center.
In addition to the numerous stands, there is a wide range of hands-on activities in and around the cultural kitchen:

Someone will then meet you on site and help you get your bearings and accompany you around the market place.
