The Senior Activity Day in the Harburg District is aimed at everyone who wants to grow older in good health. Under the motto “Simply Go Outside – Get Informed – Try Things Out”, the event will take place for the fourth time in 2025 in the Harburg district. During the event, you will find a wide range of activities related to active aging in and around the Rehrstieg Galleria shopping center.
Get information from local organizations, clubs, and specialty shops on a variety of topics related to healthy and active living in older age. Try out movement-based activities and interactive sessions such as the Everyday Fitness Test, hands-on Artificial Intelligence, or the Memory Course. Take the opportunity to connect with neighbors over a cup of coffee, exchange ideas, and explore the many different activities together!
Participation is free of charge. The venue is wheelchair accessible. Turkish- and Russian-speaking interpreters will be available on site.
The event is organized in cooperation with Bezirksamt Harburg, the DRK-Kreisverband Hamburg-Harburg e.V. (DRK), the Hamburger Sportbund e.V. (HSB) and Bezirks-Seniorenbeirat. It is financially supported by the Behörde für Inneres und Sport and the Techniker Krankenkasse.
