SELF-IMAGE - SELF-IMAGE invites you to discover hidden and other faces. Each observation opens new perspectives and awakens individual emotions and interpretations. By combining traditional paper-cutting art, which is processed into printing templates, a variety of faces are created.
The artist Jens Michael Gumpert, born in Berlin, a specialist in psychotherapy as well as an author of poems and short stories, takes a white sheet of paper in hand, folds it without much thought, and with the scissors in hand, the faces emerge. Alongside the exhibition, children and interested individuals can become creative themselves by painting on canvases. Drinks and a small snack are available - donations are welcome for this.
