In the contemplative pre-Christmas season, it is well known that all good things come in fours. That’s why Philipp Poisel is going on his fourth Advent tour next year – and once again in his own personal style: solo, acoustic, and up close and personal in selected churches, halls, and theaters, most of which are completely seated.
»2025 will be my fourth Advent tour. Even though I’m still in the middle of the current tour, I’m really looking forward to next year,“ says Philipp Poisel. ”It’s just wonderful that these concerts are continuing. The special atmosphere of the Advent season, the many encounters and the quiet, intimate mood are a gift for me every time. Sometimes less is more – and these concerts are less about ‘higher, faster, further’ and more about ‘deeper, slower, closer’. When we experience that in the concerts, I am very happy.«
Concerts offer Philipp Poisel the opportunity to present his songs in a particularly intimate setting. »The Advent concerts have become a wonderful tradition for me and something very special.
