Famous for its impassioned and tempestuous sound, the Pavel Haas Quartet has primarily devoted itself to the repertoire of rich treasures of its Czech homeland. In this concert, it brings together three string quartets from the 1930s, which not only recount a tragic love story, but also demonstrate how diverse the musical landscape of the time was.
