In August 2026, Simon Pouly and his team are running a parkour holiday camp at the brand-new parkour hall of Fight and Flight Movement Centre.
Two full weeks of parkour and other activities await kids aged 8 to 14 — Monday to Friday, 3–7 August and 10–14 August 2026 — no prior experience needed.
The day starts with a flexible drop-off between 8 and 9 am. Mornings are dedicated to parkour training: vaults, balance, jumps, rolls and much more. Obstacles get tackled in all kinds of ways and with a lot of fun. Those who already know the basics get tips and tricks to sharpen their technique; complete beginners are introduced to the sport gently and at their own pace. By the end of the week, participants can take our "Parkour Licence" test and will be ready to join our free training sessions and open sessions.
After a shared lunch (freshly prepared on-site and included in the price), the afternoons offer plenty of variety: free parkour training, trying out grappling with our BJJ black belt, learning flips, and — for those who fancy it — wood carving. There's also always the option to take it easy with something quiet.
We're looking forward to a great time with the kids!
