The Rockabilly - Doo Wap - Surf - Rock 'n' Roll Night
Since 2016, the Old Slow Cats have offered a high-energy live set that primarily combines classic rockabilly in the style of Elvis, Eddie Cochran, and Gene Vincent with neo-rockabilly à la Stray Cats. But instrumental surf and multi-part doo-wop classics are also part of their repertoire. This North German combo rocks and rolls, and the audience can dance, dream, and swing along.

The four-piece band, featuring drums, double bass, two guitars, French horn (!), and vocals, presents cover versions as well as some of their own songs about lively bees, hot dogs, and fat, unruly burgers. In 2023, the song "Never Put Your Burger Down" was released on the sampler "Frischer Wind aus dem Norden - Dritte Böe."
