The new open day at the Wandsbek Botanical Garden
Every year on the last Saturday in June, the Nature Forum takes place in the Wandsbek Botanical Garden from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Garden and nature enthusiasts will find a wealth of information and inspiration at the various information and sales stands. Admission to the Wandsbek Botanical Garden is free on this day as well. The program is structured as follows:
Fascination Nature: Authorities, groups, institutions, clubs, associations and private individuals provide information about the interrelationships of the animal and plant world, nature conservation and environmental education as well as garden maintenance.
Garden market: Horticultural businesses and tradespeople offer plants, decorative items, organic products and accessories for sale.
Nature schools: Individuals and institutions offer environmental education with cost sharing.
Artists' Mile: Art relating to plants, animals, and landscapes. Rainy weather or heat?
In case of rain or daytime highs of 28C or higher, the Nature Forum will close at 4 pm. This is for the health and well-being of the exhibitors. Any weather-related reduction in opening hours will be announced on the website, as well as on Instagram and Twitter.
