After the joyful musical get-together at the opening event in October 2025 with around 70 people – musicians, singing audience members, and quiet listeners – it's time for the next installment:
Kulturmix in Langenhorn e.V. cordially invites all music lovers to the LaLi Jam & Open Stage! The LaLi Jam & Open Stage offers a platform for spontaneous jam sessions and an open stage where everyone interested can bring their instrument and participate.
The evening begins shortly after doors open (7:00 PM) with three combos or solo artists, each performing three songs in succession. This is followed by the jam session (approximately 8:30 PM to 11:00 PM). Improvisations are just as welcome in the jam session as interpretations of well-known songs – such as pop songs, folk classics, jazz standards, or blues classics. Or perhaps you'd prefer funk, soul, Latin, or reggae?
The goal is to encourage everyone to play and sing along. Whether you're a beginner, advanced, or a professional – the joy of making music together is the focus. Drums, a sound system for vocals, guitar and bass, microphones, and a keyboard are available.
Do you feel like joining in? Do you play an instrument or sing? Would you like to improvise or play specific songs – perhaps even your own compositions? Come on down!
Please note: The fixed slots on the Open Stage on January 23rd 2026 and February 27th 2026 are already booked (Nov. 2025).
What's always possible: Bring one or two songs and suggest them to the host and the other musicians and singers during the jam session for a spontaneous performance! It's best to bring song sheets and lyrics with you.

The venue is the beautiful hall in the LaLi Cultural Center, Tangstedter Landstr. 182a, Hamburg-Langenhorn. Take the U1 subway line to Langenhorn Markt or Langenhorn Nord, then bus 192 to Timmerloh.
