A jury of specialist journalists recently named Jonathan Tetelman Best Singer at the »OPER! Awards 2026« and hailed him as the »new tenor star« of the opera world. Jonathan Tetelman, who has won the hearts of audiences worldwide, will now also make his debut in the Grand Hall of the Laeiszhalle on 22 December 2026, bringing the magic of Christmas to Hamburg with his radiant voice. Pianist James Vaughan will accompany him on the grand piano as he performs »Sacred Arias« and popular »Christmas Songs« on a festively decorated stage. Vaughan began his career as first assistant to Maestro Riccardo Muti at La Scala in Milan.
