About the teacher:
The session is led by Lisa Marina Thierbach, founder of the Happy Soul Academy. As a certified yoga and meditation teacher for the Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, and Restorative yoga styles, she creates spaces where body, mind, and energy come into harmony. Her classes are characterized by presence, mindfulness, and ease—suitable for beginners and advanced practitioners alike.
