Dino metal for the whole family!

From children's bedrooms to the legendary Wacken Open Air, from family outings to festival stages, from small clubs to large concert halls – HEAVYSAURUS play real metal for all ages. Four dinosaurs and a dragon rock the stage with a show that gets kids and adults alike raising their "devil horns." Their new album "METAL," featuring 15 brand-new songs, will be released on January 30, 2026. Following the release, the five green-scaled heroes will embark on a major concert tour with the METAL Tour 2026/27, featuring new songs, a new show, and their signature dino power!

What began as an unusual idea – rock and metal for children, with great dinosaur stories, but without compromise – has long since developed into a cultural phenomenon. HEAVYSAURUS prove that true headbanging fun knows no age. Their music is loud, vibrant, and lovingly crafted, with guitar riffs, double bass drums, catchy melodies, and lyrics that thrill young metalheads. While the kids immerse themselves in the world of rock music, many parents celebrate their own musical passion or rediscover it.

Following the overwhelming success of the “Pommesgabel Tour” in 2024 and 2025 – over 350 dates! – HEAVYSAURUS are now following up: With their upcoming album “METAL” (release date 30.01.2026) and a new live program, the band is touring through Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

"METAL" isn't a children's album in the traditional sense, but rather a musical adventure with captivating songs full of anthemic choruses, driving riffs, wild solos, and plenty of sing-along fun, just like parents know from their favorite bands – for example, Sabaton, Metallica, Iron Maiden, Volbeat. And always present: humor, attitude, and the mission to inspire children with music, not as a product, but as an experience.

Heavysaurus concerts are spectacular: lights, fog, showers of sparks, balloons and confetti, with real live music from professional musicians in dinosaur costumes and a sound that's perfect for both kids and rock fans. At a Heavysaurus concert, the whole family experiences a real rock show, child-friendly and with all the trimmings. Plus, there are limited Meet & Greet tickets for the youngest fans, including a photo, autograph, and paw-shaking!

In addition, the band continues to support "Die Arche," an organization for disadvantaged children: €1 from every ticket goes to the cause. Fifty cents is donated directly, and fifty cents supports initiatives such as concert tickets and other special events. HEAVYSAURUS demonstrate how music connects generations. And when the children's hands shoot up in the air during the first song and a loud "Rarrr!" echoes through the hall, it's clear: Metal is alive and well. And it's alive for everyone.

For parents: The concert experience is tailored to children aged 3 to 11, but it also entertains their parents, grandparents, and siblings, as there's something for the whole family. The shows take place in the afternoon, at a child-friendly volume, and, where possible, with a dedicated children's area right at the front offering the best view for little ones. And don't worry: The dinosaurs don't bite.
