The term “friendship bracelet” comes from the origins of these pieces of jewelry.

A friend would tie a colorful, knotted yarn band around another's arm. The friend would then be allowed to make a wish. If the friend wore the band until it fell off, the wish would come true.
We use wool and yarn to craft friendship bracelets using various techniques, to give as gifts or to wear yourself, for small and big wishes.
