Filippo Bonamici aka Fil Bo Riva carries numerous cultural influences like few other artists: the son of an Italian father and a German mother, he has lived in Italy, Germany, Ireland and Spain. His sound is international in the best sense of the word, and the gifted songwriter has already played sold-out shows all over Central Europe, including at festivals such as The Great Escape, Eurosonic and the Montreux Jazz Festival. He has already shared the stage on tour with Milky Chance, Matt Corby and Joan As Police Woman.

His debut album »Beautiful Sadness« met with international acclaim – his follow-up album »Modern Melancholia« surpassed this success, which he demonstrated in an impressive way with the European tour of the same name. His return to the stage shows that Fil Bo Riva’s songs have a timeless core that only a few artists have: these are songs that perfectly convey a certain feeling, even independently of studio productions.

For his first »Acoustic Tour«, the Italian songwriter wants to present his songs in a new light – more raw, more direct and closer to the essence of his music than ever before. To accompany the tour, Fil Bo Riva is already working on new music, which may be released this year. The journey continues – quieter, but no less powerful.
