The Duo Pertar embarks on a fascinating musical journey around the world: The two musicians combine Western instruments such as marimba, vibraphone, electric and acoustic guitar, and percussion (darbuka & djembe) with traditional instruments from East Asia – such as the Chinese yangqin (hammered dulcimer) and da ruan (moon lute), as well as the powerful da gu (bass drum).
