This training is inspired by Kalaripayattu, Mari Kunitha, Yoga, and floor work. It focuses on flow, breath, and body awareness. Participants explore movement through guided exercises and creative sequences. Key elements include points of contact, push and pull, spirals, and energy flow. The training helps build strength, mobility, and ease in movement. Through mindful work on the floor and in space, dancers deepen their connection to the body and discover intuitive, expressive motion.
