Good food for the day needs to be prepared in advance – whether for school break, training or when you’re out and about.
The ‘Meal Prepping’ workshop focuses on collaborative planning and practical meal preparation for everyday life, such as packed lunches for school or meals to take away.
The workshop is aimed at young people and parents alike who regularly prepare meals and are looking for simple, practical solutions for everyday life. Together, we’ll explore which dishes lend themselves well to being cooked in advance, how they can be combined effectively, and what’s truly practical in everyday life.
Whilst chopping, cooking and portioning food, we’ll share practical tips on balanced nutrition with a focus on health and performance. The aim is to develop routines that make family life easier, keep you full and taste great.
Through the ‘HipHop & Health – Move, Eat, Stay Fit’ project, we have taken on this topic and launched this ongoing workshop. A community has already formed that meets regularly for these sessions, and we’d be delighted to welcome more interested participants.
