Presented by Jever Live: DJ Han-Tyumi serves Blackbird Mantra, Mermaid Man, Marcel Gidote's Holy Crab – and to finish off, his King Gizzard vinyl set.
Blackbird Mantra (Hamburg) combine psych-rock with contrasting songs that have been compared to Television, The Doors, and Timber Timbre. Their sound—ranging from garage, country, and dark psych—is released on the Hamburg label La Pochette Surprise Records.
Marcel Gidote's Holy Crab (Prague) have been blending rock, kraut, and jazz into a modern psychedelic soundscape since 2019. With their double album Sorcerers Laughing Out In The Heat and Europe-wide tours, they have established themselves as one of the most exciting Czech bands.
Mermaid Man (Berlin) is the project of Robin Heller (Sir Robin & The Longbowmen). Their debut album, Let's Dance To The End Of The World, received rave reviews; the band is currently working on their new EP, Salt (released November 2025), and preparing a Brazilian tour. Their sound blends psychedelic garage, wave, and soul into an eclectic, atmospheric mix.
Afterwards, DJ Han-Tyumi takes over and spins King Gizzard—including trippy visuals and other Gizzverse acts like The Murlocs, Pipe Eye, Bullant, Cavs, and ORB. A listening party where you can also dance, sing along, and jump around.
King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard are among the most productive and diverse bands of our time: Since their formation in 2010, the Australians have released 27 (!!!) studio albums – ranging from psychedelic rock to thrash metal and jazz to electronic and microtonal sounds. Their music is experimental, energetic, and hypnotic – a truly immersive experience on vinyl.
