Bad Mouse Orchestra
Swing feeling and nostalgia with the charming trio
The Bad Mouse Orchestra takes us back to the golden age of swing and the sound of the 1920s to 1940s. That was the time when Prohibition in the USA brought the music to speakeasies and swing evoked a unique feeling of life. And the swing craze of that era is currently experiencing a revival!
From the very first note played by Charlotte Pelgen (ukulele/vocals), Stefan Pößiger (ukulele), and Peter Jung (guitar/vocals), the blend of swinging instrumental sound and vocals is captivating, conjuring up a vast world. A world fueled by swing feeling and nostalgia, featuring dreamily beautiful evergreens from "Five Foot Two," "12th Street Rag," and "Under the Moon" to "Lullaby of Birdland" and "Almost Like Being In Love."
Spend an evening immersed in feel-good music that is almost a hundred years old - and yet wonderfully up to date.
