This introductory session is designed to be particularly age-friendly and accommodate the needs of older participants. No prior technical knowledge is necessary! In the MakerLab, we provide various devices that you can use independently. To use our 3D printers, you will need a valid library card and an introduction to the devices before using the 3D printers. You will receive this introduction with us. After the introduction, you can reserve the devices and implement your projects independently.
We will show you the following:
- How do I correctly operate the 3D printer?
- What software can you use and what do you need to consider?
- What should you do if an error occurs during the printing process?
- Who do you contact if you experience technical problems with your device?
Since space is limited, accompanying persons must also book their own ticket.
The MakerLab is a place where curiosity is sparked and creative ideas are put into practice. A wide range of equipment, including 3D printers, laser cutters, plotters, sewing machines, and embroidery machines, are available for your own projects.
