What do we (still) believe in?
What do people believe in today? In God? In science? In themselves? Or perhaps simply in music? In a society that is breaking away from church ties and becoming more religiously diverse, we ask ourselves this open, honest, and uncomfortable question.
What can the great sacred music of Western Europe still mean? Does it tell us anything? Does it intensify and elevate our joy, comfort us in times of loss, and provide support?
