Handmade vegan organic sweets from the Schaumanufaktur can be enjoyed in the Hofer family candy factory in Hamburg's Schanzenviertel.
Real craftsmanship can be experienced here on equipment up to 120 years old. The sweets are produced live before the eyes of the customers and sold in the historical shop. Of course, you can also taste the delicacies on site. In addition to organic sweets, there are other delicacies such as vegan liquorice, organic nougat and homemade marshmallows. Candy workshops, children's birthdays and hen parties are also held regularly in the candy factory.
