Isabella Gluten-Free Pâtisserie

Gluten-Free Delicacies

Isabella's first pop-up store in the Hanseatic city is located in the Alte Oberpostdirektion on Stephansplatz - just around the corner from Gänsemarkt. In a great atmosphere, there are gluten-free treats from elaborate cupcakes to delicious organic bread.

Isabella Gluten-Free Pâtisserie is now represented at 9 locations across Germany and stands for tasty, exceptional bakery and pâtisserie products with the WOW factor. Since 2018, the family-run business from Düsseldorf has also been at home in Hamburg's Alter Oberpostdirektion and impresses its guests with an extensive range of pâtisserie and bakery products. Unique cupcakes from the popular White Chocolate Cheesecake to pastries and granola, muffins and cakes, chocolates, breads and rolls with the organic seal to delicate French-inspired croissants and macarons - no wishes are guaranteed to be left unfulfilled here. Those with a hearty appetite will be delighted by the high-quality sandwiches and breads, or will reach for the quiche or cheese croissant.

In a wonderful location, customers can indulge themselves in an extraordinary ambience, which was developed together with the Dutch designer Piet Hein Eek and runs through all the stores.

The products at Isabella - the name, by the way, goes back to founder Isabella Krätz, who herself was diagnosed with coeliac disease in 2010 - are completely gluten-free, 70% vegan and partly sugar- and lactose-free. Attention is also paid to other allergens, because from the very beginning it was a matter of the heart for Isabella to give pleasure and joy to all people who up to now have usually associated patisserie and bakery with renunciation.

The ingredients of the delicacies also come mostly from controlled organic cultivation, and only natural raw materials are used.

Craftsmanship, aesthetics and individuality also play a major role for Isabella: all products are developed in her own recipes and are lovingly handmade in her own bakery. You can see and taste that!
