In Germany, eclairs are also known as love bones or coffee sticks. If you like or would like to try the French pastry, you should visit Eclairshaus. The owners Anca and Marius create unique creations of the pastry there. The basic ingredients of eclairs are eggs, flour, dairy products, chocolate and fruits. In total, there are twelve different creations of eclairs, from salty, chocolatey to fruity, there is something for everyone. Not only the coating of the pastry varies, but also the filling. For example, the eclair "Paris-Brest" consists of a cream coating of Paris Brest cream with roasted almonds, topped with roasted almonds and a cream filling of hazelnut paste.
