What began over ten years ago with Simone's first attempts at baking developed over time into perfection in numerous courses, seminars and workshops. Today, she lives her passion at amorebelle and has realised her dream of owning her own café.

The aim of Simone and her pastry chef Resi is to pamper all those with a sweet tooth who visit Hamburg or live here with exceptional treats. In addition to handmade, lovingly decorated cakes for life's most important events, the café serves fresh cupcakes, small tarts and tartelettes, colourful macarons and fine eclairs on a seasonally changing basis. Breakfast fans are also at the right address at amorebelle. The menu ranges from small sweet breakfasts to savoury options and energy bowls - everything is always fresh and delicious.

The team prepares all delicacies with love and care. Flavourings and preservatives are avoided as far as possible, and natural and regional ingredients or fair trade products are used in the mixing bowl.
