Celebrity chef Steffen Henssler has run his own cooking school in the Hanseatic city since 2015.
In contrast to its Hamburg restaurants, the guests themselves stand at the stove to create Californian-Japanese delicacies with professional assistance. In the stylish location on the Elbe, Henssler's kitchen team reveals its "sushi secrets", lets the participants prepare "The perfect 4-course menu" and trains other appetising disciplines under course names such as "We love fish" or "Hier gibt's Beef". Chef fans pay 135 euros for a great evening in Henssler's kitchen.
