On both sides of the Pinnau located, the Gut Wulfsmühle offers a golf course in idyllic surrounding and with a hotel next door.
In order to get to Gut Wulfsmühle near to Tangstedt you need to travel a couple of kilometres on rural roads, but you are rewarded by idyllic surroundings with mature trees and the beautiful field and meadow landscape of Schleswig-Holstein.
Gut Wulfsmühle has a driving range with 50 tee boxes (10 of which are covered) and an 18-hole course that is dotted with small ponds and covers an area of 6,000 metres, which is open to players with a DGV licence or similar and a minimum handicap of 45. In addition there are practice modules with bunkers and pitching and putting greens. Clubs, trolleys and carts can be hired at an extra cost.
The hotel and restaurant Zur Wulfsmühle, situated in the direct vicinity, was built in 1858 and it is only 20 minutes' drive from Hamburg's northeastern city limits. In keeping with the beautiful environment the restaurant primarily serves regional and seasonal dishes, such as local recipes and game caught in the region. The hotel offers individual packages for its golfing guests and green fee discounts for the golf courses. There are storage facilities for the sports equipment.
