The Theater am Großmarkt is part of the listed building of the Grossmarkthalle and is located on the waterfront of the upper harbor east of HafenCity. On site you can experience pure luxury in the Theater Lounge, where you can enjoy high-quality drinks and finger food before the performance and during the breaks. In the Open Bar in the Theatre Foyer you can immerse yourself in the world of Harry Potter and enjoy your stay in the Mehr! Theatre deeply.
- By public transport (ÖPNV / HVV) With the S3/S31 line and the bus line 3 you can reach the Theatre.
- By car (A1 from the south) From the A1 take the A255 towards Hamburg-Centrum. Turn right after the Elbe bridges onto Billhorner Röhrendamm in the direction of Hafencity. Follow this road until Bankusstraße, turn right there.
- By car (A1 from the west) entry via Theater Tor West via HafenCity or via Amsinckstraße to Theater Tor Nord.
- Parking Paid parking on site (flat rate 10.00 € in cash) for both performances. Parking spaces are limited. We recommend an early arrival.
- Admission 1,5 hours before the show starts
- Important security notice Please plan to be at the theatre approximately one hour before the performance begins in order to avoid long waiting times at the security checkpoint and to ensure that you can take your seat in peace.
