The theaters are furnished and built in a modern way so that visitors have a good view from all seats.

Arrival by public transport

• S-Bahn: take the S1/S3 to the Landungsbrücken stop
• U-Bahn: with the U3 to Landungsbrücken stop

Arrival by boat

The shuttle service will take you directly to the Stage Theater on the Elbe. Ships depart regularly from St. Pauli Landungsbrücken/Bridge 1 from two hours before the performance (for afternoon shows from one hour before the performance). Please note: the last ferry departs 1.5 hours after the end of the performance.

Arrival by car or coach

Arrival by car or coach is also possible. Entrance to the theatre is only possible via Rohrweg/am Fährkanal. Please note the opening hours of the Old Elbe Tunnel: Mon.-Fri. 5:30-13:00 in the direction of the harbour, 13:00-20:00 in the direction of the city / Sat. and Sun. and public holidays closed to motorised traffic / Open 24 hours a day for pedestrians and cyclists

The dress code at the musical theater is similar to a regular theater: A visit is a special occasion, therefore suitable clothes are recommended. However, for the best possible experience the most important aspect is that you feel comfortable in your clothes!

A backstage tour of the Theater am Hafen gives you the opportunity to look behind the scenes. Here you will learn, among other things, how the stage sets are created, how often the actors have to change their costumes and who is responsible for ensuring that all the actors always have the right timing on stage. In addition, various parts of the stage, the theater hall and the foyer will be visited.

The tour lasts around 60 minutes and the minimum age to take part in the tour is 6 years. Tickets can be purchased directly online via Stage Entertainment.
