As soon as the first sounds are heard, the entire hall of the Elbphilharmonie comes to life. Musicians, dancers and singers fill the room – not just on the stage, but spread out in every corner, in the stands, between the audience members. Voices mingle with melodies, bodies move to the rhythm of the city. The »Social Symphony« is a lively soundscape of the city in which music and movement merge into a rousing performance. The »Social Symphony« marks the end of the TONALi festival, created by the Berlin ensemble DieOrdnungDerDinge, which was honoured with the TONALi Award »Courage for Utopia« in 2024.
