About Hamburg Sustainability Week At the first Hamburg Sustainability Week 2025 from June 1 to 6, citizens and civil society actors are invited to work together on the key issues facing our city's future.
In six days, with a hundred events, we have an idea:
We're shaping the future. Together.
For one week, sustainable ideas, projects, and visions will be the focus – for participation, reflection, and experience. The first-ever Hamburg Sustainability Week will leverage the international momentum of the concurrent, high-profile Hamburg Sustainability Conference to promote dialogue between science, business, politics, and civil society and provide sustainable impetus for Hamburg.
The goal is to strengthen Hamburg as a globally visible center for sustainable development. The focus is primarily on the local level: Hamburg citizens are given the opportunity to obtain comprehensive information about sustainability in their city, to get involved, and to actively shape the future of their city.
No liability is assumed for the correctness of the data.
