Keanu Rubio, a pianist and composer with German-Ecuadorian roots, interprets the works of Ludovico Einaudi and combines them with his own compositions to create a poetic soundscape. Through close personal and artistic collaboration, he has been profoundly influenced by Einaudi’s musical style and has developed his own finely nuanced expressive language from it. Furthermore, he regularly performs Einaudi’s works in his concerts. This artistic affinity was deepened through personal encounters and led to invitations to the Teatro Dal Verme in Milan as well as to accompany Einaudi on concert tours.
