The class focuses on building a resilient, open body and an adaptable mind through controlled movements, challenging coordination exercises, and movement situations that foster creativity and rhythm. These activities support both physical and mental agility, ranging from complex tasks to a broader life dynamic. The training is firmly rooted in physical work, with an emphasis on improving communication with oneself and the environment, promoting effective learning and a dynamic, creative attitude towards life.
//Accreditations will only be available again once the professional training season begins
