The "Room for Rain" is aimed at all citizens, especially building owners, as well as experts in urban planning, water management, and road construction. The goal is to provide information about challenges and solutions for dealing with (heavy) rain and to facilitate exchange with experts. We will showcase good examples that demonstrate how rainwater can be managed sustainably in Hamburg. An interactive table allows citizens to learn about potential heavy rain hazards. Information will also be available on funding programs for desealing, infiltration, and rainwater harvesting, as well as on consulting opportunities for private property. Location: Werner-Otto-Saal. Participation is free, no registration required.
