With tickets - A 4-course menu with matching wines
Guido Eschholz, director of the VITALIA Seehotel, just returned from Argentina, where he explored the vineyards at the foot of the Andes. "The wines are fruit-intensive, powerful, and harmonious," says the passionate sommelier. Since he loves German wines, he came up with the idea for a 4-course menu that chef Andreas Schmidt and his team will prepare and pair with the wines. "For each course, we will serve a wine from Argentina and Germany in a grape comparison." The culinary and vinological evening will be moderated by Jörn Goldschmidt from the SHGF partner Mack & Schühle and director Eschholz.
