An event in the Endless Wellness series
Endless Wellness hail from Vienna – but their music is truly heartfelt. Their debut album, "Was für ein Glück" (What Luck), was released in early 2024 on Ink Music and was quickly hailed as a new classic of the Austrian music scene. With their handcrafted sound, the band reached the Top 10 of the Austrian album charts in 2024, and several singles hit the Top 5 of the FM4 charts. In 2025, Endless Wellness were also nominated twice for the Amadeus Award (FM4, Alternative).
Musically, Endless Wellness move somewhere between indie, fuzz-folk, and raw intimacy: strummed western guitar, distorted soundscapes, and a compelling interplay that defies easy categorization. Comparisons like "early Tocotronic, but later," "Isolation Berlin from Vienna," or "Big Thief in German" are obvious—but fall short.
At the heart of the work are obscurely poetic, German-language texts that unflinchingly confront depression, exhaustion, and vulnerability, repeatedly drawing connections between the personal and the societal. Endless Wellness's narratives range from the microcosm to the macrocosm, exploring individual anxieties within a dysfunctional system shaped by climate crisis, political polarization, and collective overload.
The band – Philipp Auer, Adele Ischia, Milena Klien and Patrick Huter – have been friends for many years. This deep-rooted trust is the foundation of their collaborative work: a palpable closeness that allows for vulnerability in the creative process and is directly conveyed on stage.
Even before their first releases, Endless Wellness had already built a loyal fan base; sold-out concerts in clubs, tents, and halls quickly followed. Live, the music becomes a collective experience: songs you can listen to alone or dance to together, shaking off your burdens. Their songs are a loud, comforting rebellion – melancholic, humorous, and full of warmth.
Music for everyone who doesn't want to be silent, but also doesn't know how loud they're allowed to shout anymore.
