This training creates the prerequisites for a care activity in day-care centers as well as in outpatient or inpatient facilities.

Contents of the qualification as a supervisor according to § 87b SGB XI:
• Special features of communication with old or disabled people
• Hygiene guidelines and care documentation
• Disease patterns: dementia and other geriatric diseases
• employment and leisure activities
• Music and movement
• motivational methods
• First aid course

Content of the qualification for everyday accompaniment according to § 45 SGB XI:
• competent handling of illness-related aggression, eg. B. Assessment of
• hazardous situations
• de-escalating conversation in case of verbally aggressive behavior
• Initiate necessary measures for treatment-resistant depression or anxiety disorder
• Assistance in disturbing the day / night rhythm
• Support for independent planning and structuring of the daily routine
• Support for everyday social services

Duration:
Full time: 16 weeks
Part time: 20 weeks

time:
Full time: Monday to Friday 8:30 to 15:30
Part time: Monday to Friday 8:30 to 13:30
