A poke bowl is a Hawaiian dish with roots in Japanese cuisine. "Poke" roughly translates as "to cut diagonally" and refers to diced fish or meat. It is usually served with sushi rice and side dishes such as mango, cucumber, and avocado. Bowls – everything comes from a single bowl. Please bring an apron, a drink, and containers for any leftover food.
