World-class regatta sailing. In a strong breeze, the who's who of international sailing competes on the waves of the Baltic Sea, and as a spectator, you'll be there live as the applause erupts on the promenades. The competitions are accompanied annually by a maritime festival on land. The "WE" concept is very important here: the location and events merge, with Travemünde residents, local clubs, and associations enriching Travemünde Week with their creativity. Cosmopolitanism and internationality characterize the seaside resort as a carefree meeting place for top athletes from many nations. We look forward to seeing you!

Sailing and festival as one: Nowhere do festival visitors get closer to the sport of sailing than during the Travemünde Week. They can witness the yachts and dinghies entering and leaving the Trave River, and the mooring and unmooring at Priwall, Grünstrand, or Mövenstein.

The Trave Races offer the best insight into the action. These short, challenging races are perfectly visible from the Trave promenade and are accompanied by expert commentary. The popular Volksbank Rotspon Cup is also among the show races! Here, the mayor of Lübeck sails against a challenger from politics or business.

Dates: Friday, 18 to Sunday, 27 July 2025, the festival areas open daily in the morning and the program runs until 10:30 p.m., Fridays and Saturdays until 11:00 p.m.
