Can I transfer my booking to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your booked trip to another person. Please let us know at least 7 days before the start of your trip. Please note that some services are linked to a specific name and cannot simply be transferred. These include, for example, personalised Deutsche Bahn train tickets. In such cases, the tickets must be rebooked. Any additional costs incurred as a result (e.g. for new tickets or non-refundable services) must be covered. We will, of course, provide a transparent breakdown of these costs.
